Really disappointed. Reached out June 2nd to have a patio screen door replaced. Due to the size arrangements were made to pick up and repair. Well, it’s been a few weeks and nothing. Reached out with a couple of phone calls and an email, nothing. Listen, if aren’t going to bother, why waste my time and just tell me to give my business to someone else.
Very nice people, squeezed me in last minute did great job will come back next time.
Hepting Glass helped us out over the holiday season when a vandal broke a window on our business the week of Christmas - they were super fast coming down and look at the damage, were very helpful with recommendations and pricing options, and got the window replaced quickly for us! Highly recommended!
