Very honest and efficient body shop. We’ve gone to them multiple times with various cars through insurance and they continue to be my first choice if anything happens. Great communication and service, and they do great work. Highly recommend!
Nothing but good things to say about Heppner's on 7th. Repairs to my car were perfect and completed promptly. Excellent customer service! If another idiot decides to hit a run my vehicle again I will be back!
Straight liars. There is no guarantee/warranty on workmanship,pain or anything. They do shoddy work, take shortcuts, improper prep, and damage your car whilst doing repairs. Take your car anywhere else. I will be posing phots again. Gotta dig em out since they took down the last review again. Just as a reminder, you painting my front bumper was separate from the repairs. Nice at first...but, they are defensive and angry when you have to return your car to complete repairs. Due to poor workmanship. I didn't even tell them about my windows, locks or problems with the passenger handle. Just called my insurance company. Appearantley they are known for problems.
I took my Jeep Wrangler in to have fuel carrier plates put in replacing the rear windows. Heppner's was the only place that would even consider doing the job. Every aspect of the work, from my initial call taking to Summer then talking to Maryland in glass and Don the installer was top notch. I even got to pet the little French Bulldog in the lobby which made my wait seem like nothing. Thank you everyone at Heppner's Auto Body. ❤️
