Easy. The job they did looks great. Marshal offered an extra perk. The car was not only washed outside, but the full interior was vacuumed and every service was gone over with a treated cloth. Car looked and smelled great. I was told 4 weeks. They took three weeks and three days. It just seemed like forever without a car being dependent on someone else. A rental was too expensive just to get out a few days.

I rarely post reviews, but I had such a great experience here that I had to! The staff was very helpful through the stressful process of car repair work. Communication was great and the car was done a day earlier than estimated. And they answered all my stupid questions so clearly and kindly. Will 100% be back for any future work and would recommend to others. Thanks Marshall & team!

5 stars for work & communication. I was in my first major accident in a brand new vehicle (after previously being in a minor accident that still caused some damage that needed to be fixed); so I had 2 separate claims with insurance. While insurance was a pain to begin with, Heppner’s (especially Marshall) was extremely helpful and empathetic to my situation. Marshal was very helpful in getting all details together for my car's repair. Sommer was professional & friendly as front desk personal. The mechanics did a wonderful job on completing the car. Recommend this crew.

Heppner's repaired my van fabulously. They kept me throughly and clearly informed throughout the process. I am very happy with the work and feel it was reasonably priced as well. I will certainly choose them again if ever the need arises.
