My car has been at Heppner's few times to fix the body. They are professional and friendly. It is my go-to place for body needs.
I do not recommend to take your vehicle here. I was lied to as well as other customers that if your car is serviced here it would be secure overnight. They listed multiple measures they take including checking doors after locking, to make sure the car is locked. So it was very alarming to me when St. Paul Police Department Sargent Garvey called to tell me stolen property of mine turned up in a backpack of a woman arrested downtown. Did good work on the accident work, but don’t believe any of their above and beyond promises. Also, don’t be surprised if your car is returned completely on E. Job took way longer than estimated. Verbally promised to take out some small dings for no additional charge, but didn’t follow through. I also had to ask 2x for a small side estimate because the first time I talked to estimator was forgotten about. After I got my car, I got text at 7 pm asking if I was completely satisfied, and I said no, mentioning a new dung and the... read more

I had a very disappointing experience with the staff at this location. I called to ask about getting my own rear passenger window glass installed. The person on the phone quoted me $120, which I agreed to, and then immediately hung up without any further details or confirmation. When I called back to clarify, she said, “My guys are gone,” and ended the conversation. The tone was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I expected better communication and basic courtesy.
