I have used Heppner’s 7th Street location several times. They always do great work and keep me informed on the status.
Terrible place to take your vehicle to get it repaired! They gave me an estimated on the repairs when I brought my vehicle in. So I submit the estimates to the insurance. Got a check from the insurance and bring my vehicle in to get it repair. A few days later, got a call back from them saying that the repairs gonna be double what the original estimated cost was. I could have fix it myself for 1/10 of what they billed the insurance. This place is a scam. I will never do business with them again and wouldn't recommend anyone ... read more
Great experience with Marshall with the communication.
Couldn't have had a better experience! Everyone I interacted with was kind and professional. I received frequent and timely updates about my car, and things were completed when expected. While I hope to not need car repair service again, if I do I'll certainly come back to Heppner's!
