I can’t recommend Hepco Heating and Plumbing enough! When we had an open violation on our basement, they came promptly, completed all the necessary work, and took care of all the paperwork with NYC Buildings. The job was done right on schedule, exactly as they promised, and the estimate they gave was spot on. If you need reliable, professional plumbing services, Hepco is the team you want—I will absolutely be using them again!

One of quickest heating repair job I've seen in my life. It was quickly diagnosed and fixed within a half an hour. Now the heating system is blasting out heating hot enough to make your winter very comfortable.

Carl is extremely reliable and does high quality work. He showed up at the end of a busy day to check on my boiler when I had no heat. It turned out it was burned out and leaking carbon monoxide. He expedited replacing it with a new unit. He and his team were respectful and careful not to damage our stairs when moving the boiler units in and out of the basement. Carl took care of our concerns, efficiently and honestly took care of our needs. Carolyn, the office staff, is wonderful at following up with issues and carrying through with follow up actions. Hard to find these days. Highly recommend.
