This place was no help! Talked with attorney carol she has me relive the nightmare I went through, asks me to get my records for her to review (even though she could’ve pulled it for me and normally attorneys do that for their clients!) only to turn around and tell me she can’t help! Her excuse? Commitments to other clients so I’m assuming she isn’t taking on new cases. Ask first if she’s even able to help before she has you doing her job then saying she’s too busy!
