I received the most beautiful flowers from my boyfriend as a surprise, thanks to Hepatica Florist. He told me that they were able to accommodate his request to change the colour arrangement to be mainly pink (my favourite colour), rather than pink and purple. Exceptional, caring service from Simon at Hepatica. When his shop didn’t have a certain flower that I’d selected, he reached out to ask if it would be OK to make a substitution and made great suggestions. He then texted a photo of the final arrangement to ensure I was happy. This florist is now my go-to in the area!
Excellent customer service, and provided beautiful arrangements that were adapted to our needs. Very reasonably priced, and these were ordered almost last minute. They were delivered with care. Now many of our employees will be using them personally and on behalf of the organization for any professional purposes as well. Bravo to the team! The flowers were a hit!
