People frequently say I have very high bar for a quality of service I receive from contractors and suppliers. I tend to disagree. Owner went out of their way to correct a shipping error for items I had ordered. I called very late on a Friday afternoon to address the issue and had a resolution by today. Excellent customer service!

Pro tip: confirm the correct size of your filters before you open the shrink-wrap. Thank you Barry for helping me so quickly replace the filters when I purchased the wrong size.

This Company is GREAT! Had my filters I needed in stock with fast shipping. They also were very personable. They sent a Thank you note say "Thank you Cynthia." I loved this. Thank you guys. I will use you again in the future!

I had attempted many times to speak with someone to get an invoice for our purchase. Phone calls were never returned and emails were not answered either. I still do not have the invoice that my company required for payment. Very disappointed with the level of communication.
