Everyone was extremely nice and helpful
errors were made - but were corrected without rancor, or that feeling of dread. I purchased a lp water tank, got it in basement and opened - to discover it was nat. pulled it out and returned it, they apologized and replaced it -- this time i checked before moving it from there store and - yup another nat. gas.
