hate to update our review with HEP but they charged us over $3000 to repair a leaking pipe under our bathroom. We just had a different plumber come out and show us pictures of the new pipe leaking and misplaced valve, where HEP was working! So now we ahve to have the work redone. They also trie to charge us over $800 more for standard priced work on the hot water heater and then the manager would not return my phone call to discuss it. Connor was quick to get here and rectified the issue in a very short amount of time. This was our first time using HEP but it won’t be our last.
Amanda was amazing! She was great with the process and explaining. She helped up find the issue, even ran quotes for everything. 10/10 plumber!
