I paid a smaller business to install a brand new air conditioner three years ago. In the past three years, it has broken six times. After spending over five grand trying to fix a brand new air conditioner, we finally received the assistance we needed from Wendell Patton with HEP Inc. Fernando and Jacob are awesome plumbers!! I had Johnathan here yesterday (3/10). He was very rude when he first arrived. I never received a call or text prior to his arrival. He did not have the parts needed to do the job he was here for and had to make 2 separate trips to Lowe's. We attempted to run a load of laundry this evening and the water hoses he replaced are leaking from the connectors that attach to the washer valve stems. Kyler was an incredible technician. He was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. He quoted me on what would be needed then let me know to call and ask for him specifically if I needed anything else.
Fernando was super friendly and did a fantastic job, he fixed everything we needed in a great amount of time. We are super appreciative & highly recommend him!
