Arrogant and unhelpful staff
Awful GP surgery, understand understaffed and oversubscribed but still so bad.
In my opinion, this is a fantastic doctor’s surgery. Staff are helpful, supportive and friendly. Any enquires have been responded to quickly and I have been so impressed with the service I have received. Would definitely recommend!
I've had many ailments since COVID and to get an appointment-Let alone treatment is ruthless. I cracked my head open and haven't had any follow ups or x-rays done. My back issues are getting worse. Can't get through on the phone. It's a horrible practice that blames smoking and drinking as the reason for any medical issues. Drinking and smoking has nothing to do with cracking my head open. Nore does it relate to my vertebra alignment.
If you're going to message every patient with a lecture about "DNAs", it would be helpful to explain what "DNA" stands for.
