Dr. Hentzel is extremely passionate about the care he gives to animals. He explained everything he was doing for my kitten well and I also learned a few things from him. His assistant Nichole was also amazing! I would recommend this clinic to everyone! I was very pleased with the atmosphere at the clinic also. It was quiet and Dr Hentzel has a soft voice that is comforting.
Nice friendly vet and staff, however the vet treated the appointment like a seminar or class and spent an excessive amount of time touting his connections with other well known names in veterinary care. No doubt the vet is knowledgeable, yet we were there for the care of our pet, not signed up for a class. The final treatment was questionable - just wait, see, and return (im sure for more $) and we had to take our pet to another specialist who secured the injury correctly.
