Dr. Hentschel is very kind compassionate and caring.He is the best lung doctor there is.He also is very informative and keeps you very involved in your progress and he never rushes you out of the office.His secretary is very kind and helpful as well.🤩🤩
In my experience, Dr Hentschel's knowledge and level of patient care far out strips that of many others. Many years ago, his decision to apply a different, significantly less invasive, and safer method of sampling the lung wall, not only resulted in no post operative complications, but also saved my life .
This office is great. Their Admin Barbara is incredibly helpful and kind. Her instructions regarding requisitions and office locations helped a ton. Dr. Hentschel is also very knowledgeable. I appreciate a doctor that thinks out loud - he was very transparent and made sure to show me everything he was talking about with pictures and x rays. Definitely glad I'll be working with them to investigate my concerns moving forward.
I would like to make it clear, that patients of Dr Eric Hentschel have a genuine World Class pulmonologist in their midst. He is very well respected, for his depth of knowledge and rational approach to medicine and his specific field - lung problems. He has a logical, careful clinical approach to his patients In short, Dr.Hentschel is a Treasure . He has no people skills. When he loses a patient he has no clue who the patient is or when they died. He must lose lots of patients.
