I would give Eric & his company more than 5 stars if I could. Earlier this month on a Saturday evening my son discovered an issue with our AC unit. I wasn’t home so he videoed what he saw & sent it to me. I called Hensons Heating & Cooling and got Eric. I told him what was going on but if he thought it could wait until Monday I wanted to wait because I didn’t want to pay extra for the weekend. Quick response and reasonable prices.
We were very pleased with Henson Heating and cooling. We had a AC situation after returning from vacation and they came out same day. They fixed the issue and were very kind. My husband I definitely recommend this company for any heating and cooling needs!
I had a fantastic experience with Henson Heating and Cooling. Our AC gave out on a 97° Saturday night and I contacted Eric on Sunday afternoon. He assured me that I'd be the first stop Monday morning. True to his word, he showed up promptly, assessed the situation, and determined that our 22-year-old unit was beyond repair.
