Binkley Dallas is my name. Apparently Henson Florist blocked my email so I couldn’t leave a review. I am using my Daughters email. This is absolutely the worst florist I have ever seen. I ordered a $200 spray of flowers for my father-in-laws funeral in Benham, KY. The funeral was 10/4/25, they said they were not making it until 10/3/25. In less than 24 hours 7 of the only 21 flowers were wilted, brown and dead. I have never been so embarrassed and discussed in my life. When it comes to knickknacks they have many to choose from but their prices are really high and their choice for fresh flowers is ridiculously low for a flower shop
We had a last minute funeral and found a premade arrangement that the deceased would have loved. The lady that helped us was very nice and understanding.
If I could give them a zero I would. Ordered a Nora Fleming keepsake mini box through their online shop. Waited 3 days and no shipping update. Decided to call to see when it would ship. Was told the price was incorrect and they decided as a team to refund me and not ship the product. I said since when do you penalize the customer because you entered the wrong price?? I was also told if I would have been “kinder” when I received this info they would have shipped it to me at the lower price. You have got to be kidding me?! I’m... read more
