I called ahead to find out if they would mount some new tires on my new wheels for my 2024 Corvette. They said yes. One day later they call to say they cannot get the tires to seat on the rim. I picked them up anyway. My husband took them to a place he deals with, Texas Truck Tire . They had no issues mounting the tires on the rims. The issue was with the amount of pink grease used by Henson Chevrolet to try and mount them. The sensors were covered in grease. Each one had to be taken off and hand cleaned. This was an carefree experience that I never had.
I was told one thing but my sales guy and GM when I ordered my custom built Yukon but when it came it, it was different. Granted neither of them work there still but they were representing the dealership at the time. But I will say what saved the deal for me was my new sales guy Brett Wells. I couldn’t be happier with the service I got from him through all of the hiccups and concerns and problems we had during the process.
