The service department guy that helped me was nice and I expressed y concerns but only one of them was addressed the fan motor for the a.c. Was replaced . I also had some problem with the menu screen in the dash cluster changing menus on its own and the park assist button on the dash would show it was working sporadic only when it wanted to.and the engine has a knock at idle yes it is a diesel but this is beyond the normal diesel engine noise. And clears up pretty well when I add fuel Additive.
Sales and service is better than any dealers around Bryan college Station I will drive the 100 miles to get my new Silverado. Serviced, no problem. They don't forget you after the sale. Keep up the good work guys. Ken m Snook tx
