Haven't had my transmission done yet but my initial visit there was very good. They know what they are talking about and were straight forward with they're pricing . Friendly atmosphere.
Good experience overall. I had an expensive rebuild job so I called around to a lot of shops for pricing. Hensley came in lowest (dealership was almost 2x) and offered a better warranty than a lot of other shops. And they used OEM parts.
They are strictly transmissions. My wife found this business and we have only good reviews. Also, if you get a chance, get one of their mugs. One of the better mugs I own.
