All I can say is that, I’m very thankful for the service provided at Hensley Transmission. They verified, and addressed the issue. Resulting in a smooth shifting transmission in my 235k mile sequoia.
We were very pleased with the service we received at Hensley's. Michaela was friendly, professional & efficient. They helped us rule out a problem with our vehicle. Should the need arise in the future, we will return.
NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL!! Especially with the Kid. I was told to Not take my Corvette here for service, but Chevy didn't call me back, so I scheduled service here knowing Kevin's reputation. Unfortunately, his 21 year old son Michael did all the service work on it. They told me 1 day, but a week later they called to tell me that they didn't service the trans or diff but instead topped it off and let this kid take it out for WOT runs with 15-year-old fluid still in the trans. Service was excellent from the start. I had Hensley rebuild a transmission in my truck. I called around to a few shops in the area. I went to Hensley because their warranty is the best, 100,000 miles or 3 years. Other shops either had less of a warranty or wanted to charge for an extended warranty like an appliance from Lowes. Their price was on par with other shops.
