Not certain this guy is licensed, definitely not knowledgeable as far as plumbing goes. He came out for a warranty claim and didn't even bring a tape measure. He told us he had no idea what the issue was, but suggested resealing the drain in the shower and changing the toilet gaskets, but he submitted to home warranty stating it was a leaky faucet. That is after waiting 5 days to even submit the diagnosis to the warranty company. I have turned this over to my Attorney to handle, I highly suggest not using this guy.
Save yourself! A total disaster!
I used Hensley Plumbing through my home warranty for a leaking toilet, he fixed our problems quickly, and even gave us a deal on one of the parts that wasn’t covered because it needed to be fixed. He was nice and personable, I would use again!
