Terrible attorney. To this day I am still dealing with issues that he should have handled in court with the judge. If you need an attorney to fight for you this is not your guy. He is a terrible defense attorney and will do nothing for you in domestic court as well. He will not stand up to Judge Smith and gives you terrible advice. He withdrew as my counsel without even telling me when he was caught laying to me and giving me false information. Stay away from this clown and this firm. Not worth $350 an hour. Stay away from this attorney, and the firm for that matter. Paul Hensley is not someone who you want on your side. I was recently accused of a crime I did not commit by the city prosecutor of Lancaster and could prove my innocence and all Paul wanted to do was push plea deals. He is more interested in keeping Judge Smith happy then sharing the facts. He did not submit evidence and never showed up to any of my court hearings when I was arrested.
