Wouldn't tow without my Hensley Customer service A+++++
I can’t say enough about Mike and his superior customer service. We have emailed and messaged him with so many questions prior to purchasing our Hensley anti-sway hitch. He has went above and beyond. We haven’t installed the hitch yet, but I’m hoping it’s as good as the customer service that Mike has provided!

Great product and amazing service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
My TSLB2 showed up in 2 days. Very quick to ship. I have not used it yet, but product looks nice. Website and what is included detail is a mess. Despite the phone conversation, my unit did not come with the air control guage/switches. When I called, I was told it had to be purchased separately, which is not what the online detail showed. Additionally, during my call to confirm what I thought was a missing part, I was told yes, the website is not clear and we are working through updating documentation as it is confusing.
