My 2 month old son was injured by a caregiver in January. I contacted Hensley who took the case. Now, 2 1/2 months later they just called me and told me they are dropping the case because of 'a lease I signed' and the caregiver not keeping insurance. I signed no lease and have no idea what they are talking about. I told them this and the attorney on the phone seemed clueless and said they still were dropping the case because the caregiver didn't keep insurance.
