Mr. Hensley represented me in family court. He advised me to accept the minimum visitation that the court offers believing I would not get anything better. He did not advocate for me to have increased visitation with my child. On top of that, he suggested that I dismiss an Order of Protection against the mother, which upon his poor advice, I did.
