Hensley Home improvement came out and assessed our garage roof. He assured us he could do the job in a week. Upon arrival we paid him half up front. And signed a contract. He opened our roof up and started installing the roof over our old roofing then called and asked if that was ok!! I said no I want what we signed as a contract he said no.
