Sophie is incredibly supportive, warm and non-judgmental. She really knows her trauma work, especially with people who have fallen prey to narcissistic abuse. In my experience, other therapists often haven't picked up on these dynamics before. She works holistically and has clear boundaries to help a person feel safe and secure. I recommend her to anyone who is in, or has come out of, a relationship with a narcissist, whether a partner or family member.
I highly recommend Sophie! She is wonderfully compassionate and knowledgeable.
