The finance manager Beth doesn't care about the law and wouldn't refund me for unused treatment as promised "because she didn't like me". At the end of my treatment my dentist said my teeth were too close and grinding and I'll have to start all over (the orthodontist said I was finished and I never got fitted for permanent retainers but prepaid).
We had a fabulous experience with the entire team at Henseler and Kocian. I would 100% recommend this practice to anyone looking for top notch orthodontics. Thank you to Jen for taking great care of my son on his removal appointment. You guys are the BEST!
The staff is awesome. Very informative. Easy to work with for scheduling and financing. Highly recommend
Just got my braces off after having them for 2 years and my experience here has been beyond my expectation! The Orthodontist was great and I could tell he wanted the best outcome possible as well as the ortho hygienists. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The front desk ladies were AMAZING to work with too! What a great team and all around great group of people working here. Thank you all for helping me get this smile :D
