no better orthodontists than Dr. Henseler and Dr. Kocian!
The finance manager Beth doesn't care about the law and wouldn't refund me for unused treatment as promised "because she didn't like me". At the end of my treatment my dentist said my teeth were too close and grinding and I'll have to start all over (the orthodontist said I was finished and I never got fitted for permanent retainers but prepaid).
We had a fabulous experience with the entire team at Henseler and Kocian. I would 100% recommend this practice to anyone looking for top notch orthodontics. Thank you to Jen for taking great care of my son on his removal appointment. You guys are the BEST!
