The company was good at first, and I had no problems with them. However, when I called to ask about an overpayment, the receptionist was very rude. She also mentioned my job location in a way that felt inappropriate, as if she was trying to imply something.

I’ve had the worst experience with this office! All I can say is wow! Jade has a nasty attitude. She completely talks over you. Doesn’t care doesn’t listen to what you have to say.. And is disturbingly nonchalant she needs a psych evaluation. And this business needs to be closed. I I don’t even see how they got a 1.6 star rating. It literally needs to be zero .. Jade needs to be coached or fired

I have been in contact with this law office for the past week, discussing settlements. Every single time I spoke to Jade she was completely and utterly rude. She even hung up the phone on me mid conversation. Just completely disgusting and disrespectful.. And then anyone else that I’ve spoken to each time just seem completely lost. Discrimination, Harassment, and Abuse of Authority !!!!!!!! Let me be absolutely clear: the treatment my mother has received is unacceptable, degrading, and appears to be rooted in bias against her as an immigrant with an accent. Front desk hung up on me twice when I was looking for information for a representative. When I asked for the name she became rude and started yelling. The worst professionalism I’ve ever experienced. They both should be fired immediately. If I could give a negative rating based off my first experience I would!!!!
