⭐☆☆☆☆ My experience with Henschel & Beinhaker was extremely disappointing. After contacting the firm to discuss payment and settlement, a successful payment was made on my behalf on July 30, 2026. Despite the payment being made, I was unexpectedly served with legal documents at my workplace by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office on August 3, 2026. Great customer service and very informative employees. I don’t understand why most people hate in most of these comments/ reviews. I’m willing to bet they are all single sided stories. I understand some upset due to money issues again you wouldn’t be in this mess had you paid on time or resolved these issues in a timely matter.
This place is terrible. They have one of the rudest paralegals answering the phones. She hates her job and probably hates life. I called 4 times and continued to try to speak with the lawyer beinhaker. All she kept saying was email him which I have multiple times. She hung up multiple times and then didn’t answer no longer. Of course dealing with someone with an attitude you’re going to gain one. I wish this law office would close down. They already have 1.5 stars. Should be zero
This debt collection law firm, after telling the state court its client would negotiate, refused every attempt I made to negotiate — and then sent its first settlement offer only AFTER I filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy, when collection was federally prohibited, demanding a permanent waiver of my exemption rights; they deleted the signature request when I objected in writing.
