Dr. Hensarling is so wonderful! He has been my rheumatologist for many years. He initially diagnosed me with RA when I was 21. He worked diligently with me and my family to find the right treatment combination for my disease. My first visit was 2 hours long because he took the time to do a proper assessment, physical exam, and thorough medical history. Have been with him for years, he is an amazing doctor and very helpful love seeing him
Husband has been going there for a while and honestly I have seen no improvement. If you use them pray that they get your co-pay correct because if they don't and they bill you it is impossible to pay it there at the office because they refuse to take payments in office yet have no problem taking a payment at time of your visit..
This Dr has a very bad system of getting you the results of blood tests that your pay to get. If you do not go through the website you cannot get anything from them. He did not schedule a return appointment and did not send the results to the referring doctor. When I contacted the office the person who answered the phone was rude, impatient and unhelpful. Thanks for nothing!
