Horrible and Unreliable - DO NOT USE – DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE UNRELIABLE!. The technician walked away from the job a day before my scheduled move claiming he could not clean the carpet so that it matched the clean areas under my rugs. I had to scramble to schedule another carpet company who cleaned the carpet without any problems. I had to delay my move by a day because of Hens Dry unprofessional technician and owner who was not willing to send a replacement -- I lost money!
