I strongly urge you to stay away from this company. Henry took money from us for material deposits for the manufacturer in September 2022 and kept the money for himself. After 6 months of excuses we discovered that he never provided the manufacturer with the funds. We requested the money be returned in full. He refused to return the entire amount of money owed to us and therefore we filed in small claims court. We received a ruling against him and his business. Been doing business with Henry for years. Extremely professional and highly focused on customer satisfaction. Goes the extra mile for his customers every time. High quality workmanship.
We gave this business a deposit in January 2020 for a bathroom renovation. We waited until August before we asked for a start date or a refund of our deposit. We finally got our deposit back in December 2020. We wasted a whole year... Maybe the result of Covid-related problems, but the owner did not communicate with us.
