On July 17th, I had four used tires installed at this shop at the agreed price. Within an hour of leaving, I noticed all four rims had fresh scuffs and scratches—same spot, same size—clearly caused by their tire-mounting equipment. My before-and-after photos prove this damage did not exist prior to the service. I immediately called the shop. This is the best place for tires. They are nice, helpful, & fast. Plus they have great prices. I had my alignment checked after having new tires put on here- perfect.
I am getting ready to go back to Henry's Tires in a few. SHAWN, is very nice person. I will to the store where Shawn works.
