Nice family, he does work on carscalso. The problem is he quoted me the price he carged me prior to changing my brakes however, When I, (the repeat customer) arrived to pay for my brakes, he changed the price from $80 to $120, the price changed. I WAS a repeat customer. However, dishonesty causes me, my family, and referrals to go elsewhere. Im happy to pay you, I won't be back.
I have used this shop myself and I have also taken friends and never have had a bad experience. The prices have always been appropriate and the service has always been great. The bad reviews I read don’t make sense but what do I know I wasn’t there or had anything to do with their experiences. But I’ve never heard anyone talk trash in Spanish to say anything negative about the customers. ...my goal was to buy an extra key for my C300...and the person who helped me did so in an unpleasant manner...He did NOT give me confidence...and much less options....poor customer service.....
