Many props to these hard working guys. First of all, when you call Henry's TV, you're likely to talk to one of the owners in a timely manor. You don't get a kid that has no idea what's going on. I obtained a record player from an old friend and realized that it was broken. The back was melted a little and there was no needle. Being under the age of 30, I had no idea how to fix it or what could possibly be wrong with it. I took it to Henry's TV and they gave it a full look over. I just needed to order a needle for it.
