Walked in, two counter guys were horsing around. One of them was actually helping a customer. The one helping the customer told the other one why don't you help this guy, he replied I don't want to and walked away. The first thought I had was I love google. My second thought was most of these parts are available elsewhere I don't need to go to Henry's. Actually every time I've gone in there I've had a bad experience.
They almost always have what I need!
Old school plumbing supply!
Joel was fantastic. I sent him a picture of the issue, and he responded right away with the exact model number and clear guidance on what I needed. Super knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful.
