Update: not much has changed. I go based on where I am working. In town there is also GPS/General Plumbing Supply and USG/Universal Supply Group. The difference between them and Henry’s ? The two address you, and ask what they can help you with. Henry’s everyone looks away, and you look like a lost dog, looking for help…luckily I’ve had one staff member that did care past 2 times. I don't enjoy going to here. Prices are slightly cheaper than home depot/lowes or amazon. Why the two stars with better prices? The staff. An example, at the counter there multiple sales staff, and no one asks if you need help. You walk up and ask if they are free. Next, unless you know short part names/plumber terms, forget it! They give an attitude and just say NO versus trying to give you find a compatible part/different brand. Show a picture on your phone of the part with sizes and specs, don't bother.
