I'm going to go ahead and say that the folks here are definitely nice. But the service..lacking. Called in to see if my prescription was finished..the women said it was and told me to have a good day. That was all she said...not oh by the way your store closes at 3 today so if you need you DAILY meds you need to get here before 3. I clearly didn't get there...and I'm going to miss 2 days of meds due to this. Also...they never ever ever have my prescription on refill..even though I have multiple refills. Went above and beyond. Had a virtual visit and I didn’t realize they were closing for the next two days they called me so I could get my medication I needed. Always go here anyway but 10/10 every time
We’ve been using Henry’s Pharmacy for about a year now, and they’ve consistently had our prescriptions ready for pickup in a timely manner. Most of our interactions with the staff have been pleasant, and I always enjoy browsing the seasonal displays at the front of the store—they do a great job keeping things fresh and inviting!
