I bought a gold coin from them back in April, they said the would send it out for grading, no charge, I never heard from them for several months. So I reach out and visited the store in June, I think it was. They told me my coin was sent to California, where it was sold. When were they going to tell me that, They offered me a different type of coin, that I didnt want, so they said they would send a similar coin of similar valued , out for grading and contact me. This place botched my daughter’s ear piercings. I had to take her to a professional piercer to get new holes in the correct placement! The hole was so low that eventually the earring covered the bottom part of her lobe. 😕
I had the most wonderful time at Henry's today! I was super excited to talk with Sam and Jeff they are 2 of the nicest people around.. Thank you guys for taking the time to talk with me and just know you guys will be missed terribly. Now I always have a piece of Henry's with me. Thanks to the kindness of Karla she made it extra special. The whole staff is awesome.. I will be back before your OC store closes. 5 stars all the way!
