After cleaning, lead tech spent 25 minutes teaching me: what MERV rating to use, how to check filter monthly, how to feel for duct leaks, when to call. He drew diagram of my system and wrote maintenance schedule. No other company ever taught me. They want you to need them less often, not more. That confidence shows expertise. I'm now a better homeowner because of them.
