We have four kids and do 10–12 loads of laundry a week. The vent goes through the attic and out the roof—impossible for me to clean myself. They cleaned it from the roof down AND from the dryer out, removed probably three gallons of wet, compacted lint. Drying time cut in half, clothes come out softer, and the laundry room isn’t a sauna anymore. They also discovered the exterior flap was stuck closed (another fire waiting to happen) and replaced it on the spot. Worth doing every 2–3 years with our laundry volume.

After running the AC nonstop in the summer the airflow started getting weaker. During the cleaning they found the coils almost completely covered in grime. Coil cleaning and blower cleaning made a huge difference and I felt the cooler air right away. They also sanitized the vents to remove any bacteria or odors. I appreciated the thorough explanation of the process.
