As a personal trainer, myself, I understand how important a clean, well-maintained, and well-equipped gym is and that’s why Henry’s is my go-to space for my own workouts. The staff are friendly, the space is beautiful, and the vibes are great. Downstairs, there is a wide variety of machines and a small cable rack. I was in Seattle for work and had a break so I stopped by to check this place out. The staff was great! Chris was amazing. Showed me around the gym and showed me how all of the equipment works. Very clean gym and not so crowded. Definitely coming back!
Since they don’t communicate their predatory contract- it’s 1 year. No exceptions, doesn’t matter if you move away or die they’ll come after your family for the $85 a month (base fee) even though that was never verbally explained. Then it’s another $100 for parking and $160 for amenities. (Sauna and a massage chair) oh, also- similar to a rental agreement they require a 30 day notice which was also never told to me when I tried to cancel the first time so they’re clearly really desperate for cash and willing to do whatever t... read more

I was in Seattle for work for two weeks and had the BEST time at Henry's. The staff are so accommodating and friendly (HUGE shoutout to Carrol and Liz). The space is filled with all the equipment you need and in pristine condition. There are two floors and space for everything, and also super cute and aesthetic with great music playing. It's clean, welcoming, and the regulars are also super sweet and helpful. 11/10, will miss coming here !
