Henry's Fork Surgery Center is a brand new state-of-the-art Ophthalmic surgery center set to open in the Spring of 2021. Several ophthalmic sub-specialties will be available for scheduling for Rexburg and the surrounding communities. We are excited that in addition to Cataract Surgery, we will be able to offer Retina, Glaucoma, Cornea and Occuloplastic surgery services.

I have had surgery at Henry's Fork Surgery Center three times. I have had my cataracts removed and a floater removal surgery. On all three occasions the service was wonderful! The staff is professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I would and have highly recommend them. They are awesome!!!
Wonderful surgery center. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Rindee at the front desk is wonderful. Very competent staff. Building was clean and well cared for. I would recommend this place for outpatient surgeries.
Very pleasant experience! The front desk person was very welcoming! Ellie was very positive and delightful getting me ready for my surgery. Hillary was fun and prepared me for what to expect, which I appreciated. Dr. Ellingson and his operating room team put me at ease and made sure that I was comfortable. What a great experience! I told them that I would rather come here than go to the dentist!
Have use this facility twice now and have traveled almost 5 hours each direction and will do it again. Absolutely great staff.
