Henry's Fork Surgery Center is a brand new state-of-the-art Ophthalmic surgery center set to open in the Spring of 2021. Several ophthalmic sub-specialties will be available for scheduling for Rexburg and the surrounding communities. We are excited that in addition to Cataract Surgery, we will be able to offer Retina, Glaucoma, Cornea and Occuloplastic surgery services.

Everyone who works here is very sweet. They will answer any and all questions you might have that concern you. This was my second visit for eye surgery and I felt completely at ease. I had already asked all my questions on my first visit, and both visits were wonderful. Thank you everyone for helping me feel at ease while having surgery.
I could not be more impressed and happy with everything that occurred at the surgery center today. From the receptionist through all of the nurses and Dr. Ellington all were very Friendly, courteous, punctual, and professional. It is obvious that all of the workers were well trained, happy, loved their jobs With a strong desire to provide excellent care and a positive patient experience and result.
