Henry's Fork Surgery Center is a brand new state-of-the-art Ophthalmic surgery center set to open in the Spring of 2021. Several ophthalmic sub-specialties will be available for scheduling for Rexburg and the surrounding communities. We are excited that in addition to Cataract Surgery, we will be able to offer Retina, Glaucoma, Cornea and Occuloplastic surgery services.

My husband had a great experience at the Henry’s Fork Surgical Center. . . The staff, nurses, and doctors were very thorough in explaining the procedure as well as answering his questions. They were kind, helpful, and caring. . . Each person wanted to make sure he was comfortable and understood what to expect and how the recovery process should work. They were on time. . . The facility was clean, and it all went smoothly.
Staff was kind, courteous and helpful in every way. Could not be more pleased with the experience. Would have no problem recommending this facility or Dr. Ellingson services.
