I purchase 12 roses and a vase it cost me $88.65 and had them delivered to my wife's job on Valentine's Less than 5 Day later 8 of them die. I was told they have a policy the roses or warranty for 24 hours however the policies is in the store when I ordered them by phone I was never aware of their policy and I would never have purchase these roses from them. If that wasn't bad enough the customer service representative was very rude.
I ordered flowers for my mother and future mother-in-law through FTD.com... Unfortunately, they chose Henry's to create the arrangements I ordered. I ordered for a beautiful Harvest basket with all fall colors, and my mother in law was sent pink and red flowers that did not even remotely look like the arrangement I ordered. My mother received the correct case with hers, however the "roses" were buds that looked like they were picked from a garden and thrown in without any care. Henry's is a life saver, especially for a procrastinator. In fact, even if you plan ahead, you can get beautiful flowers, corsages, boutonnières and just about any flower you can imagine at Henry's. Now for my story, SUNDAY, 11:00 am (no less), I remember my aunt and uncle are having a luncheon (at 1pm THE SAME DAY, they were leaving for the restaurant around NOON), to celebrate 25 years of wedded bliss. I was at a wedding that you did on April 13th,2008 i must say your work is extraordinary it has that touch of elegant style. The arrangement of calla's you had made were magnificent.
