Henry did an on-site visit on 6/13 for walnut veneer plywood shelves, which I told him I needed within 1 week, as they were to be installed as the final part of my bathroom remodel. He came and measured, then we discussed material I wanted to use, which I sent him the links to. I texted him a couple times after that to check on the progress, but I never heard from him again. Henry installed a kitchen backsplash, some baseboard trim and did some small drywall repairs. It was a good sign when he responded to my email on the same day. He came out to give us an estimate the following Sunday. His price was fair and he stuck to it. He worked for two days and showed up when he said he would. He was also easy to work with when we decided to reduce the scope of the job midway and he lowered his price accordingly.
