It's been almost 2 years since my driveway was installed and they still have not performed the warranty service because the driveway settled. Driveway was installed in the spring and the very next fall I called for warrantyl service. An appointment was scheduled, no show. Took months to get anyone on the phone. I've used this company in the past to do a driveway at my residence and it was a great job. I recently contacted them by phone for a commercial job. I got no return call, no communication. Based on the non-response I went with another company. Apparently the numerous other rating are 100% correct. Its a shame it was a very good company.

The reviews for this company’s page speak for themselves. They do not follow through with anything or have the slightest regard for their customers, the woman that answers the phone is rather curt and far from pleasant. The responses to the reviews also speak VOLUMES to their customer service, nothing is ever their fault, just a “miscommunication” or always the customer’s fault.
