Had my car towed by Joseph W through AAA. I informed the driver that my car is consuming coolant and explicitly asked him not to start the engine to avoid further damage. He ignored my request, falsely claiming he had to start the engine to tow it -which is simply not true. When I called the shop to voice my concern, the person who answered was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Called AAA for locked out service, Douglas M came and was honestly amazing. Incredibly personable, professional, arrived promptly, and was knowledgeable about the model and make of the car. He delivered fast service without damaging the truck at all. Highly recommend!
