The driver for AAA tow services, when he arrived it just started pouring raining. My car is in a safe place, parked in a parking lot. The transmission light is on and the car is having trouble switching gears/moving at a slow pace, I tell the driver this. The driver put it in accessory mode and switch the gear to neutral. Great fast service through a AAA call
I had the pleasure of meeting Shawn from Henry's Automotive Center today, as I needed roadside assistance. He was very professional, kind, and helpful. I was upset about my car situation and he assured me that he would help in a timely manner and everything would be fine. He kept his word and made a stressful situation totally bearable. Horrible service. Star away. My poor son got no help from Henry. My poor son. Stay away.
Saturday AAA around 7:30 assigned them to tow the car. When Tanner from Henry arrived, around 8:30 he decided to jump the car. The previous AAA tech was not able to get it started. The Car started and he towed to the shop I selected. The car has electrical issues. I appreciate the promptness, knowledge and willingness to help. Thank you
