Henry’s has saved me more times then i can count- thank you
I just had my Ram 1500 towed from S. Setauket to Medford 112 via AAA and Henry's Towing. The Gentleman "D" was very helpful with my truck. "D" was a total professional and I would totally use Henry's Towing again along with "D" Top Notch for sure!

Had my car towed by Joseph W through AAA. I informed the driver that my car is consuming coolant and explicitly asked him not to start the engine to avoid further damage. He ignored my request, falsely claiming he had to start the engine to tow it -which is simply not true. When I called the shop to voice my concern, the person who answered was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. The tow truck arrived very quickly. The driver D was awesome very friendly, professional and had great customer service skills he me laughing! It was a very smooth ride. Thank you again D
