Saturday AAA around 7:30 assigned them to tow the car. When Tanner from Henry arrived, around 8:30 he decided to jump the car. The previous AAA tech was not able to get it started. The Car started and he towed to the shop I selected. The car has electrical issues. I appreciate the promptness, knowledge and willingness to help. Thank you
Tried to get a tow through AAA at 3 am. Took over 2 hours to contact me after AAA assigned the tow to them. They tried every which way to not do the tow for whatever reason and told me I had to call back at 8 am. Worthless!!!
Robert from Henry's Automotive Center was so very knowledgeable of my particular Jeep, understanding, professional and friendly throughout the flat tire repair service on a cold winter (snow on the ground) late Sunday afternoon on the weekend between Christmas and New Year's. I was so grateful he showed up at work that day!
