I sent my teenage son here to have them adjust his headlight assembly, that we had just installed. 10min later my son came home with a piece of metal in his hands and said “the guy said he didn’t feel like doing anything today and to come back tomorrow.” I went out to look at his car to see where the metal came from and the entire headlight assembly is loose.
