Although, Randy, the owner of Henry's Appliance Repair, was initially trying to be helpful, I am $280.00 poorer without a working washing machine. Because he installed a part that did not work, he offered to refund me, and, in turn, I offered his part back. I have not heard from him, and needless to say, I would like a partial refund. I certainly am willing to pay for his time and labor despite a disappointing outcome. I feel that sharing the difference would make acceptable amends. Thank you, ***** *******

Had refrigerator checked out. , not keeping cool ; 1st guy said bad temp sensor after week n half waiting for parts 2nd guy came to put in said not sensor bad compressor. Not worth it to fix ,so bought new $1800 refrig ,guy who came with new refrigerator from another appliance place said in 2 min looking at old unit with so called bad compressor,that it was fan motor came back in 2 days put in for $100 it was perfect , now I got new refrig n old one that could have been fixed .henrys said it was hard to diagnose,I don’t thin... read more
