My family had a very upsetting experience with Dr. Henry Yu, PA-C. My wife brought our grandson in for medical care, and we were shocked by how rude and dismissive he was. Instead of showing patience and professionalism, he behaved in an obnoxious and unpleasant manner. Because my grandson was on his phone, Dr. Yu refused to properly attend to his medical needs and acted as though we were wasting his time. I am extremely disappointed with the care—or lack of care—provided by Dr. Henry Yu, PA-C. My wife took our grandson to see him for treatment, and from the beginning his attitude was rude and unprofessional.
