The two gentlemen who came out to pump out my septic tank were very courteous and professional.they cleaned up after they were done. very good job

The men who came out to clean out my septic were great! They even informed me that the company can place risers down. They wrote on the ticket “will call in for risers”. That's when things took a turn... A different employee who came to do the job never called, instead he showed up without notice. No appointment was ever made by anyone. They just took it upon themselves to make an appointment without discussing it with us. He said they just scheduled him and gave him a ticket to do the job.
