My mom recommended this establishment to me and I am glad she did. I recently had my power steering fixed, and some belts replaced. They gave me a great quote and had my car fixed in less than 24 hours. Quality work in a short time. Also great customer service. What more can you ask for? :)
Henry Williams is one of the nicest and best mechanics, I've had the pleasure to meet. He was referred to me by a co-worker, and I'm sure glad he recommended him. He fixed the transmission on my car and it did not break my pockets. He goes above and beyond to help his customers. I refer Mr. William to everyone I know.
It's been 48 hours and they have not looked at my car yet. I had it towed in without an appointment. So I expected some delay, but this is pathetic. I highly recommend that you never do business with this company who clearly does not care about their customers. If they don't need my business, they probably don't need your business either. I'm strongly considering having my car towed elsewhere at my own expense.
