Craig Gould, President, INCorporated Products Henry's shop is a wonderful hometown car repair establishment. He and his son along with 6-8 techs perform most types of repairs from brakes to installing re-manufactured transmissions. You can also have your state inspections done there. He has been servicing my vehicles for over 25 years. They are honest and stand behind their work. My mom recommended this establishment to me and I am glad she did. I recently had my power steering fixed, and some belts replaced. They gave me a great quote and had my car fixed in less than 24 hours. Quality work in a short time. Also great customer service. What more can you ask for? :)
Henry Williams is one of the nicest and best mechanics, I've had the pleasure to meet. He was referred to me by a co-worker, and I'm sure glad he recommended him. He fixed the transmission on my car and it did not break my pockets. He goes above and beyond to help his customers. I refer Mr. William to everyone I know.
Henry Williams is the most honest person, I had the pleasure of doing business with. He has fixed my car on several occasions and it has not cost me an arm and a leg. I trust Mr. Williams, he and his son, have always treated me with respect.
It's been 48 hours and they have not looked at my car yet. I had it towed in without an appointment. So I expected some delay, but this is pathetic. I highly recommend that you never do business with this company who clearly does not care about their customers. If they don't need my business, they probably don't need your business either. I'm strongly considering having my car towed elsewhere at my own expense.
