Met with agent Dory Lopez from Henry Wahl Insurance Agency to discuss my perceived threat from a neighbor’s tree. Agent Lopez without my asking reviewed my entire home insurance policy and explained to me wind mitigation to me. She also gave me the number of an inspector who will inspect my roof for wind resistance for less than $100. The report the investigator subsequently wrote led to a deduction of more than $1,000 from my annual home insurance premium.
