I called Dr. Snead's office about 3 weeks ago and spoke to the office manager "Kate". My granddaughter was trying to get an appointment to help her lose weight. She called Kate and got in right away. They now have a great plan to help her lose weight so her and fiancee can have children and let her live a better lifestyle.
I did great and lost alot of weight,then I started to not listen to Dr snead and I gained, I'm going back and am grateful I can work with him again, he knows his stuff, going all the way this time
They apparently would have preferred I come in with Covid than miss my first appointment. If you want people to be able to give notice, maybe leave an option to leave a voicemail when you’re closed so they can notify you in time. Because I didn’t call that day(did call the day before but it was Labor Day), mind you I was very sick for 2 days with COVID, I would have to pay $250 in order to reschedule.
