When I called, they called me back promptly Mark was able to discuss some information I needed answers on to make some progress on a foundation project I am planning.

3 phone calls, one promise to contact me ASAP, 2 voice mails ignored. All in a space of 4 days. Guess business must be pretty good if they can afford to ignore calls.
