Had a leak in my tank and it needed replaced. We were without water and called late at night to get someone out the next day. James and his helper were amazing. James was very knowledgeable and helped us to understand our system and options. He was very professional and would recommend this company again and again.
I called on a Sunday evening and they answered quickly. After talking through my setup, I was walked through a troubleshooting tip over the phone. It worked and we are back up and running. I appreciate this business answering on a Sunday evening and giving me some help. Thank you to the gentleman that answered and helped - it is truly appreciated! Side note: If the help didn’t work over the phone, I was assured they would be on site the next day and I would be priority since I was out of water. Customer service x1000!
I would highly recommend them to anyone. They knew exactly what was wrong so quickly and they did not try to over charge me at all like others have they fixed it very quickly also. They are very professional.........top of the line !!!
I called Henry Smith Water Well Co at 8 am on, Saturday, July 5th. He told me they had 1 emergency call ahead of us but would be out as soon as they finished the other call. They then texted me to let me know what time they would be at our house. They arrived on time, found the problem and explained what was needed for repair. They were extremely kind and professional, answering all of my questions and explaining things as they went.
